The room decor was pleasing with a clean and minimalist theme. the hotel's location right off the freeway was convenient, with amenities like a fuel station and Cracker Barrel nearby. The staff, especially Cassandra, provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to assist guests. Despite a minor issue during check-in, the overall service was excellent and the facilities were beautiful. However, there was a concerning incident with a staff member that marred the experience. This encounter was uncomfortable and embarrassing, impacting our stay at the property. Overall, La Quinta By Wyndham Phoenix Chandler offers a comfortable stay with good amenities like complimentary breakfast and free WiFi. the hotel has potential, but improvements in handling guest situations are necessary for a more enjoyable experience.
